Special Guest Surprises St. Luke’s Community Hub

We had a surprise guest at the coffee morning today!

The Mayor of Southend, Cllr Stephen Habermel stopped by St Luke’s Community Hub to see the wonderful work Southend-on-Sea City Council do there.
